Introducing our new Midas collection - a clean and refined collection of cufflinks, lapel pins and shirt studs inspired by pattern, geometry and precision in nature.
In line with our ethos and British manufacturing processes, the Midas collection celebrates the golden ratio by adding a 22 Carat yellow gold and a rose gold finish to a selection of our signature Aerospace pieces.
Offering warmth, elegance and a rich polish, the Midas collection enhances the principles of proportion, shape and structure present in our clean and honest pieces.
"Fascination with the Golden Ratio connects mathematics, biology, art, music, history, architecture and psychology" Alice says. "It has inspired thinkers of all disciplines like no other number in the history of mathematics. As a designer I always look to the golden ratio to inspire and inform. It is a thread that runs across disciplines and influences our design philosophy of precision, geometry, harmony and proportion."
"As a playful homage to this we have introduced a ‘Midas’ touch! Using our Aerospace, precision turned pieces; we have finished them using our Nanotechnology process to give the impression of touching and turning to gold. Using a 22 carat yellow gold and a rose gold electro-deposition process normally associated with the electronics and nanotechnology industries, we have curated a selection of our favourite pieces to add this refined, ‘Midas’ touch to."
