20% of Poppy sales to be donated to The Royal British Legion
Alice and Jess are proud to announce that 20% of the sales from our Poppy patina cufflinks and pins throughout October and November will be donated to The Royal British Legion, helping to support serving and ex-serving members of the Armed Forces community and their families.
Last year The Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal raised over £50 million, sitting at the heart of a national network that supports our Armed Forces community.
Alice Made This and Jessica Rose Bird are proud to be supporting this year’s Poppy Appeal while commemorating and honouring those who have served and sacrificed.
An artistic collaboration with Scottish artist and illustrator Jessica Rose Bird, our limited-edition Poppy patina cufflinks and pins are precision turned using aerospace grade solid brass before the patina is artistically applied by hand here in London
Jessica’s beautiful poppy illustration is diamond drag engraved into the surface of each individual piece, with the Poppy red patina representing a true combination of art and science. To achieve the rich red colour of our jewellery, ferric nitrate is applied by our patina artist to build a full colour finish that is both visually complex and durable.
Representing remembrance and hope, we’d love you to wear your Poppy cufflinks and pins with pride - showing appreciation for the service and sacrifice of our Armed Forces, veterans and their families, both past and present.
